Wet Plastering refers to the process of applying a wet plaster base to the substrate surface before the finish or skim coat. A wet plastered finish is obtained by covering the surface to be plastered in the mortar and smoothed with trowels to produce a clean finish.
The dried wet plastered surface can then be painted or use wallpaper, according to preference and is an ideal way of making surfaced damaged walls like new. This plastering method will take longer to be achieved and it is a two steps process as the base coat must dry before the finish coat can be applied.
